Play Dates @ AntiSocial

In August 2024, we performed at AntiSocial for the first time ever. In the 17 months after that we did 17 shows there, and realized that this was not a fling, but an actual relationship. And what was even better was that a regular audience was being cultivated. Very few venues here are as funky, or let you have a drink while watching a show, so that could be a draw, but we’d like to think that the theatre was pretty appealing too. To cut a long story short, Akvarious is taking this relationship to the next stage and partnering with AntiSocial to curate and present regular theatre. At least weekly, to begin with. Even more often is the dream. And because this initiative promises to be fun, and a welcome weekly break from the drudgery of traffic and pollution and jobs and life, we’re calling it “Play Dates”. Only these ones, for a change, are for the adults.

Starting February 2026, get your regular dose of drama at AntiSocial, curated by Akvarious. See you there.
