Backstage
Akvarious Productions is a Bombay based theatre company known for producing urban, contemporary, text-driven work rooted in original writing and bold Indian adaptations. In the last 25 years, we have produced over 90 plays, of which seven have been nominated for the Mahindra Excellence in Theatre Awards, and two have won Best Play. Akvarious has performed over 1800 shows across 35 cities in India and abroad, and has produced ten plays for children.
